Changing an Order
Please contact us by email at to find out if it is possible to modify your existing order.  Please be advised that once an order has been finalized, we are unable to modify the order.

Adding Items to an Order
Please place a new order for the item and contact us at  We're happy to waive shipping charges on the additional order if it is placed within 24 hours of the first order. 

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards.  Your authorized form of payment will be charged once your order is processed.  Unfortunately, we can't accept checks or money orders. 

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.  International buyers - please know that the tracking number will show you the progress of your parcel reliably until it leaves the US.  After the parcel leaves the US, tracking is spotty - and the level of detail (and if it is scanned again) varies widely by country.
